La Villa Faucheur à la rue des Envierges | Henri Guérard | 1959

La Villa Faucheur is a historic private street in Paris's 20th arrondissement, accessible from rue des Envierges in the Belleville neighborhood. Originally home to small artisans and modest workers' housing, it was particularly known for housing Le Tallec workshop (founded around 1905) and immigrant workers.

The street has an interesting U-shape configuration and was officially opened to public circulation in 1967. In the late 1970s, the area underwent significant renovation, including the creation of social housing and a primary school.

Today, Villa Faucheur remains one of the picturesque passages that gives the Belleville neighborhood its distinctive village-like character, offering a glimpse into the area's working-class and artisanal history.
